Does anyone else see a clear pattern of eroding
Accepting work from places like this is detrimental to MTs everywhere. There are better places to work.
I tried to get a job with them, but they are inflexible
weekends.  No get job with Keystrokes for that.  Very inflexible.  Also you have to have all equipment.  Not just a computer, but c-phone, lanier stuff, etc., etc. out the yingyang.  Seems to be high heaven for radiologists, though.
Not that inflexible
Although I do think it depends on the supervisor to some extent. I do not find it rigid at all. At times I flex both for personal reasons (I do let my supervisor know) and because of work load flow. I have a set schedule, but have never had any trouble getting time off or flexing my schedule when needed. They have been very fair about this, and I understand their need to know when employees are going to be working to manage turn around time. Don't have a problem with it at all.
They are completely inflexible. There are places

Don't give them a second thought! You can easily do better for yourself.

MW is horrible. They offshore. They're inflexible.
The work quality is lousy. They push you to be an Editor of their offshored work. They act as if you should be grateful to work there for their low pay.
