If these offshoring MTSOs had any sense, they would start mentoring programs which would enable them to hire US MTs who are newbies and pay them a reduced line rate. Their work couldn't be any worse than the overseas MTs. At least the newbies speak and understand English. Some of these idiot offshoring companies will turn a newbie away, yet hire someone in India who transcribes horribly. Does this make any sense to you?
