My fear is of changing to a place that wants you to work certain hours. If I don't meet my lines there's no problem. I'm an IC so what I make, I make. Right now I can work whenever I want, take off when I want, etc. I don't pay for any equipement or software and it's pretty easy. However, there are times when work is slow and that bothers me but I do wonder if everyone goes through the slow periods.
