Those grandkids are just as precious as there parents were.  I'm glad I was able to retire so we can spend more time with them, they also live far away.  Those of us who have grandchildren (I even have 1 great grandchild) know that our children grow up so very fast.  There are so many things I wish I had done differently but one thing I can say, no job ever came close to being more important than they were and as for husbands....my first one passed very unexpectedly at a young age 20 years ago so I am glad I never put him in second seat either.  God saw fit to send me a second wonderful husband and there is no way, no how that I would ever put him in a back seat either for any job.  I have said before and I meant it, before I would go back to MTing I would clean toilets.  More likely I'd go to work at the local grocery store checking groceries.  LOL  It would pay just as well without the stress.  Maybe it would help that the store manager is a friend and has offered me a job anytime I want it.   Right now I don't but who knows what the future will bring.
