work to go around during your scheduled shift versus my situation now where I'm scheduled to work full-time days M-F but lately I have had to work day and night scrounging for lines cause most MTs want to finish their shift early...in other words I'm sitting in front of my PC 12 hours a day and making 8 hours pay.

We have to remember who really work for here...these hospitals need 24 hour service 7 days a week. It's better to be scheduled a weekend here and there then have the office call you at 8 a.m. on a Sat or Sun morning cause MTs who promised to cover the weekend - didn't.

Just my opinion...hope I didn't upset anyone.
