Cut Jennifer some slack.

When I was a new MT, I was very hungry to learn all I could and never turned any work away, but since I was new, I still needed to be met halfway and be mentored and QA'd a lot more than a seasoned MT would. Sounds like they're not doing that for her.

Since I had a good work ethic, I eventually surpassed the people training me in overall quality. Sure, now I can be cocky about what a good job I do, but we were all new at one time. Put yourself in her shoes.
