Your 12.50 an hour = $100.00 per day. You would have to do 1000 lines at .10 per line to do that for an MTSO as an ICxx with no benefits at all and have to sit there to get those lines without fail. More lines if the rate were less. Your benefits are worth approximately $5K or better a year on top of that with a minimal contribution on your part and you get sick and vacation time. Take the job and don't look back.
