I currently work there. It's not bad. They leave you alone as long as you do your work. Plenty of work on my acute care account. Lots of ESLs but they really aren't hard to understand. The pay is always on time. IC only and no benefits, no PTO time. Those are the only drawbacks that I see.

How can you truly be an IC when all work is done through an FTP site? The only way I have worked with an FTP site is by having files assigned and sent to me and I sent them back. Files were assigned to me and had to be done and sent back by a specific time. Has anyone ever worked with FTP on their own schedule? TIA.

Did you work for someone else? I have worked for them since the beginning of this year and it is a fabulous company. Pay is always on time. Line rates are great. My QA / manager has 17 years of experience and provides feedback. She really cares about each MT as a person. They hire newbies and treat them with respect. And the comment about the owner being nice but a ditz, that is an untrue and disrespectful comment. To the gal who originally posted the message asking about this company....remember... you will always get comments from spiteful people who couldn't cut it and have to hurt others to make themselves feel better. Every company has its good points and bad points, if there was one perfect company we would all be working for it.
