I am very sorry that all of you are having problems with the work flow and blaming it on DSG. I have been with them for over 2 years now, and know that there are lows in the flow every year about this time. It always picks up. I do not think that this makes DSG a bad company. I have never been treated anything but nice there. I have always had my emails answered, and think if you all think DSG is bad, I hope you find a job that will make you happy. I am very happy to be here! I am very happy to have a job that pays on time with a GREAT company! I wish all companies were as good as DSG. I have worked for a lot of companies and had a lot of issues, but found my home with DSG! Good luck to you all. I hope that you find what you are looking for:)

DSG- no regrets here!
I am sorry that some people have had a bad experience with DSG. I am just the opposite. I LOVE DSG!!! I have always been treated well. I get constructive criticism AND positive feedback. The pay is good AND always on time! I always have work AND DSG is cross-training me on Hospital work. I think different companies fit for different people, but I would strongly recommend giving DSG a try!!
Regrets, regrets, regrets
Unfortunately, I didn't accept the job. I had worked for 10 years and was sick of the taxes. I had just finally taken on a job as an employee and thought that would work out. Looking back it was probably the biggest mistake of my life. I do still have connections with the office, so I'm trying to reconnect.
DSG- no regrets here!
I have been with DSG now for 2 years and love it! I have only had a little bit of an issue with the sound quality once, and only for a short time. It sounded like the dictators were dictating in a large empty echoing room. BUT I could always understand what they said. The account liaisons are wonderful and very easy to communicate with, management is nice and easy to communicate with. I have not been the best employee either, so if they wanted to they could be not so nice to me and I could not blame them, BUT they NEVER are or have been mean or rude to me. Everyone I have spoken with, emailed, IM'd or communicated with in any way have always been quick to respond and very nice even to the seemingly stupid questions that I have asked on occasion and then realized the answer to immediately after sending communication:) Anyway, I would recommend DSG to everyone!
I'm ex-MQ too, and no, no regrets
Good for you for looking around. A lot of people stick around for a long time hoping things will get better or figuring that there's no perfect place or like you said, that they'll just go to somewhere worse, so why bother looking, but a lot of us have left and are happy at various other companies. Gotta break the mind set that MQ is as good as you are going to get.
