It sounds to me like with KS you'll need long distance. I've seen also where it takes sometimes as long as 2 weeks to get started, so keep your day job. It also sounds like KS employees are happy. They may have more than one account, but here lately the posts have been the problems with the long distance.
It sounds like DSG is hiring management, which probably means they are growing.
As far as running out of work, that's just the nature of the business. These nationals or even smaller MTSOs cannot promise anything. That's the short of it. They can only have you transcribe what the clients given them in so far as dictation.
I've found every single one of my accounts has picked up dramatically just in the past week. It's a new year. The holidays are over. It's time to get cranking.
