I am currently working for DTS America. I have been here for two months, and so far I am very happy. My primary account has run low but I do have a good backup account that has a decent volume most of the time. I also from a friend at InScribe that DTS just acquired one of their major accounts, and so there may be more work than any of us could ever want pretty soon!
As for the paychecks by snail mail, I was told that they do offer direct deposit, but that it takes 3 paycycles. I did not opt for direct deposit at hiring because I dont have a bank account currently, but that may be changing soon.
The benefits are very good, and very reasonably priced, and so far I am very happy with my choice to join this company. During MT Week, The CEO and president of the company called me to thank me for my hard work!
