An electronic health record is a record that is electronic and an electronic medical record is one that is generated through a point and click method. Or at least that is what it is called. I call it template record.

Please not confuse TTS with TransTech
TTS in in New Hamsphire, I believe, and Transtech is in Houston, Texas.  I have no info personally about TTS, but TransTech pays their employees on time and treats the employee very very good.  Absolutely, do not confuse the two....nothing can compare to TransTech Medical Solutions in Houston, Texas!
