In the hospital MT dept. I worked for years, I discovered the only way to survive the nastiness and pettiness was to put on the noise-canceling headphones, maximize my word-expanding program, and aspire to become the highest-qualified (certified, conscientious), highest-producing MT. I�ve been laughing all the way to the bank. AHDI has a mentoring program where I�m sure you�ll find the knowledge, support and respect you deserve.
