Thanks for posting that. I too hired on with MQ on a difficult multi-specialty account, as well as a very large hospital account with just a few months experience out of school. My quality was almost always at 98-100 immediately, and this was with a high level of ESL.

Newbies are not the only one making mistakes, and as I was telling someone else today, I've spoke with quite a few hiring coordinators who have told me that some of the newbies coming out of school these days are doing as well as many seasoned MTs with many miles under their butts. We test very well and take as much pride in our work as anyone else. Some of us are very quality oriented, we know what we don't know, and we never, ever guess!

I too appreciate any quality MT, experienced or not, so how about giving us with less than a couple years a little respect also, and don't just assume that all new MTs are sloppy or lazy.
