Someone's credit history is no indication of what type of employee they will be! Someone who has a spotless credit report could turn out to be a horrible employee, and someone with a few blemishes on their credit could be an excellent employee! I, for one, do not have perfect credit, but I am a great employee with a track record to prove it!
