I've never talked to the "owner," don't even know who the owner is and I personally don't care. What I do care about is we NEVER run out of work, people in the office are always nice and pleasant, pay is decent, accurate and on time. I will say this about the "owner," she/he sure knows how to hire people to get the job done RIGHT.
