I worked for them a couple of years ago. The only reason I left was because the accounts I was on had soooo many demographics to fill in, more than I ever had at other companies. I had to look up doctors from hundreds on a list they mailed me, and the quality of the audio was horrible. The people were very friendly and helpful but that wasn't making my audio any better. I got paid well. I don't know if the accounts have gotten more user friendly but that took up way too much time, time I was not getting paid for.
