I am in the process of starting with focusinfomatics. I am coming to the relization that a big part of the company is based in India. Anybody know anthing about them?

I was just offered a position with Focus Infomatics. They start out with a 3 Internship/training program then move on to full-time/ direct-submission accounts. The internship does not begin until February 5th. I have e-mailed my contact there a few times with questions but have not heard back. Is it typical to not hear from these people before the internship begins? I have a few questions but do not want to appear over eager. Should I just wait to hear from them?
