If I do the same amount of lines with the new software on ISR, I will make over $3 LESS per hour than I am currently making. I really do not believe that there will be any significant gains with this new software. I have used it and I was much less than impressed. Add in the fact that all accounts will be switched to ISR and my line counts will average, according to the webinar, 75% ISR and only 25% transcription (versus more like 60% transcription and 40% ISR that I am currently doing), it will be a much larger pay cut. Call it what you will, but it is a significant cut to those of us eeking out a small salary as it is.
