First....great people at Sten-Tel. Second...if you are going to be an MT there, you will have to work a month in the hole. In other words, if you start working for them on February 1, you will not get paid until the middle of March for the time you worked in February.


All positions are IC and there is no direct deposit. 


If you are considering working for them as a QA person...look at your new hire paperwork with the pay guidelines. You will never be able to get a raise based on their guidelines.  It is impossible to provide feedback (long process per report) and get more than 300 lines per hour. You will be making your pathetically low hourly rate from now 'til eternity.  Also, there is often no work to do. No work, no pay.  If you start QA'ing an account with a ton of work...give it a month or so before it dries up because MTs are released from 100% QA after a while and you will have almost NO work to do.  If you work there, I suggest you have a second job. They will let you help out on a 2nd account which will also have the same problem.
