As for the delinquent account, I bill them once a month, too. I guess I've been lucky because so far, haven't had this problem. I gave them notice today that if they don't pay in full immediately, I'm ceasing services. Hate that because it's just the clinic's accounts pay. person that is awful. However, they employ her so it's their problem to fix, not mine. We'll see what happens!
