Here goes....

I use Word's character counting program and an electric calculator so it doesn't time out on me.  I record each and every report's character count (I put the word count shortcut on my toolbar to keep it convenient and fast) per hour I work.  I know that I have to make a certain amount of characters per hour to equal their line counting.  It has worked perfectly for years.  Now it doesn't add up.  I am having to type a few extra reports...dang I am tired.
