I am on both platforms mentioned above. I work on the ortho accounts and just love it. Scribe made changes to their platform in the fall of 2007, so if the other poster worked there before then, yes it was slow. Now, it is much better. As far as Allscripts, the count is right on. Actually it is a bit higher than what I count so that's good by me!
