Did you ask specifically if there was an 800 number for your account?  The reason I ask is because I work for KS too and am on an account that I was on prior to working for KS and moved over with the account.  I knew from before that there was an 800 number but when KS programmed my Lanier they put in the toll number.  I went in and changed it to the toll free.  I never did ask anyone why they put that number in and not the toll-free number but maybe they just didn't know there is a toll-free number.  Not sure.
