I am with you. But it is understandable

people are frustrated. Maybe scared. When things are quiet, and not in our control (in life, on the job, etc.) human-nature says to freak out. Survival instinct. At least that's what it is for me. Can only speak for myself. But I am taking your advice and going to get going. Have a nice day. :)

tis understandable,
but going from a small clinic to big NY outfit is a big leap -- you'll have to give yourself time to adjust. If money is of the essence though, then you may want to cut your losses and find something you can adjust to quicker...
understandable...
It is understandable as to why one would not want to support these companies as well, and you are right, hiring Mexican heritage people to work for cheaper labor is as bad, but again on their part, if they are an America citizen working here, why are they settling for less...if they are illegal aliens, send them home!!  There are so many things that are not right in this world right now, but we all have to take our part.  We, as MTs, have to stand up for our position as MTs.  People who have the trade of working the car business need to step up and take care of their part to protect their job, and etc., everyone in their own trade must take care of it.  We can only back them by refusing to buy other makes of cars, etc.  They can support us by rebelling against hospitals that use off-shoring, etc.  I am so frustrated as if everyone would pull together and protect their trade, their end, and such, and the rest would support them in the way they could, things could change for people who live in the United States.  We could have our jobs back.  There is no way just one person will change all this.  All have to get together.  Now I am not foolish enough to believe that this will ever happen!!  Things have gotten out of control.  Another person posted about the wealthy padding their pockets, I know it is true, but isn't it sad this is what we have become.  It may not be long at all before all of these other contries who have been repressed, become bigger and stronger and wealthier, and the U.S. citizens will be the ones living in pure poverty because we sat back and watched our jobs get given away!!  Could be a very true reality not all that far off.  I don't want to watch it happen, and want to get all MTs to set a presendence and and example, that if you make noise, quit working for these bozos like Spheris and letting them get away with what they are pulling, put these hospitals on the spot and publicize what they are doing, maybe we can change just a few at at a time.  Will not happen overnight, but Rome was not built in a day either.  This would take time, but is certainly doable!!!!
Understandable
I totally understand the removal of the add.  This was one of the questions I was going to ask.  I did not realize their pay was so low.  THANK YOU!
Understandable s/m

that you don't want to email through the site.  Since it appears that most, if not all, MTSOs have access to this site I wanted those who didn't want to post on the board to be able to state their thoughts without fear of reprisal.  I would, for one, be willing to support MT Stars if they wanted to charge a registration fee such that MTs could post openly and honestly about their experiences.

I am just an angry (retired) ex-MT who left the field because of the nosedive the profession has taken in recent years.   I know of a few hospitals who have brought their MT Department back in with excellent results.  The MTs work from home and it is a win/win situation.  Very little turn-over and their MTs are happy and productive.  They have no need to over hire to meet (ahem) 30 second TATs either.

Just not fair to their MT's -- TAT understandable, BUT
The goodness of TT lasted for 1 year.  Now it is low to no work on a daily basis for the past month or more on an almost consistent basis.  They have definitely overhired for the accounts they have acquired.  Covering their behind, not the MT's at the present time.
Are the ESLs at least understandable?

Yes, several times and did not get an understandable answer except that is where you get your line c
