I can attest to this and will add

In Reply to: It isn't even TTD's accounts!!! - sm

While I was working for a California-based service and the owner of TTD, Inc. (Amy Kelley) had 5 to 6 of the MTSOs accounts assigned to her (which took work away from those who worked directly for the company. I also know there was a huge difference in the line rate she rec'd (which I also rec'd) and the line rate she paid those who words on HER accounts.

And I'll add one additional note. Whenever she went on vacation (traveling, of course), she would sent a note to the service owner asking that I cover all of her accounts.

Draw your own conclusions from the situation.

I can attest 2 the owner's moodiness...
and broken promises, I'm afraid. Altho some love it there - go figure!
I've only been there 6 months so I can't attest
to how the MT supervisor used to be.  (The manager is GREAT).  I have had issues with MTs (MT supervisor) and I can honestly say I thought about leaving more than once and she was 99% of the reason.  I follow account specifics, follow my schedule consistency, and my QA scores are consistently higher than their minimum requirement and I am no longer having issues.   Any e-mail to her is also supposed to be copied to her superior and vice versa, which may have played a roll.  I don't have contact with her daily, or even weekly.  The positives more than make up for this negative.
Ok, so give some examples then. I can attest that more than less are paying by the line
