I actually cut and paste their test results into an email and send to them so they can see what they missed. I HATED testing for companies who didn't tell me a darned thing other than I passed. Especially the low-scoring people need to know what they missed so they know what to work on. They also need to see that we see how long it took them to test. If it takes 2 hours to do the vocabulary portion, there's a problem somewhere!
