Just as the weekends, holidays, and night shifts need to be covered, there are M-F dayshifts that need coverage. Why is it a bad thing if some of us prefer to work days or work during the week only? Just as the acute care records need to be done, clinic notes need to be done as well. Guess if someone chooses to work M-F for a clinic we are somehow less of an MT regardless of experience or education level. I guess we should all just work acute care and not worry about how the rest of our medical records will get transcribed.

I just don't get what all the fuss is about, but maybe I missed these posts where everyone was complaining. Just seems like you all are complaining about others complain. Seems funny to me.
