I don't know why anyone would have a problem

Most of the time you don't know what you get until your are there.   I guess you have to know how to play the game, i.e., work for 7.5 cpl doing op reports and still make enough to eat and pay taxes.  I left a good hospital job after working there 8 years.  I got paid well, had excellent bens, the work environment was kind of crappy though but I could have shouldered that if it weren't for the gas prices.  I thought I could compensate the drop in pay for the gas prices and not eating out, work clothes etc etc.  This is not working at all.   So, I thought I would try somewhere else. They offered me actually more than what the hospital was paying me but I have read on this board that they are running out of work and outsourcing to India a lot and that would be counterproductive, better pay but no work   I don't know what all this switching jobs is going to do to my employment record.
