only one dictator that does this and I am glad that he uses normals or else I wouldn't be able to understand a word he is saying as he has a very heavy accent. Don't get me wrong, it happens, but the good so far has outweighed the bad for me. I have some dictators that use normals and still dictate the entire physical exam, so basically I sit there and listen to make sure there are no changes to be made. There are always reports and dictators that are more time consuming and there are those that we can fly through, my good dictators far outweigh the bad.
