I'm still in the first 90 days at the place I'm working right now (waiting for everyone to come back from AHDI event to start new job). Well anyway, the moment I started saying how I think I should be making more, considering I am required to work a weekend day and experience, the fact that I do their required lines per pay period in the first week etc, they start pulling quality audits and wouldnt you know I'm below their minimum standard.... and you could tell they were picking and choosing the jobs that had errors and that were short enough for the few small errors to count big. I can't wait to get out of there.
