I think you are getting what you pay for (sm)

I have kept my long term clients, but my SO makes a fortune and I have worked for companies that pay so little they are not even worth my time anymore.  So many long time MTs must feel the same way anymore, that is why you are getting new MTs that do not know what they are doing.

Then I check the boards and the pay is going down instead of up, so you are looking for something that is not out there, an employee that is going to work for next to nothing.  Personally, I think this type of job is too hard on the neck, back and eyes to do continuously for very little pay.  You get what you pay for so you cannot expect some kind of great worker for what you are paying.

If you were paying .18 cents per line, trust me, you would have some great employees that would be working whenever you wanted them to.
