I tried the employee status anyway with KS, and it's turning out fine. I have 3 kids and thought no way, but my husband also works at home at times. My hours are early morning to mid-afternoon, and they're still flexible with me. If I need to take my kids to school, I can step away for that time and then get right back to work. They really work with you. I will love having my taxes taken care of for once and getting PTO and vacation time! I also will get paid holiday pay that's coming up! I'm sold on employee status! Good luck on getting your money back!
