let them know how you feel, being honest is always the best way IMO. I think if you are kind and honest, and express to them your dissatisfaction. That's all you can do...if they don't like it and won't change, I would begin looking if I were you. I am not sure (a little fuzzy) but I believe if you are IC, technically they are violating laws by charging you anything for anything...do some research on this to back up your thoughts, and them thoughtfully, honestly and kindly present your case. I hope this helps.
