I would be willing to bet...

that SHE knew you were quitting because of her.  I happen to know there have been a few people who have complained about her.  She has keyed down somewhat but not nearly enough.  They will keep losing people because of her too if they don't do something with her.  The best thing I can advise anyone who still works there is if she continues to try and belittle in anyway, write to her immediate supervisor.  I would also be willing to bet she has not had ANY type of managerial training at all.  She has been called abrasive.  Abrasive? HA! Down right rude and belittling is more like.  I can handle abrasive, but I cannot handle rude and I will not either. 

Also, a few months back, they were looking for a 2nd shift supervisor.   What happened with that?
