They have a habit of getting into things without knowing all the details, which means it is a learn-as-they-do deal, which usually means lots of phone calls to change this or that. They seem to thrive on interrupting their MTs for stuff they should be on top on in the office. Also, since the ad said they plan to go to editing VR reports, I would assume they will be wanting to renegotiate your pay at some point, and trust me, they are chinzty and cheap...only out for themselves. Not a good sign. And yes, they do offshore even if they tell you otherwise.
