you may have steady work (only if it's a relatively new account) for about 3 months then the MTs are released from 100% QA almost all at once and you will have almost nothing to do. Some of the accounts allow submission (by the MTs) directly to the hospital with as many as 5 blanks. Therefore, the MTs will almost never have to send anything to QA.
All of their positions are IC. You MOST DEFINITELY need a second job if you work for them. Mark my word, you will be out of work soon. Ask them how their QA process works as far as MTs being released and question what the workload will be like once MTs have been released.
The MTs usually have plenty of work therefore, once an account has it's MTs in place and they all get released from QA, there isn't going to be another group of new MTs coming in to be QA'd on that same account. You have been warned.
