Isn't it the dumbest thing??  Why in the world do these people advertise for great, qualified MTs and when they get them they are SO rude as to not even send a thanks, but no thanks, wer're not interested letter?  Beats the heck out of me, but I know I'm not going to reapply to that company because it tells me alot about how they probably treat their MTs!!
