Anybody work for Integrity? Good? Bad?

I am a former mentor of Allstate. *** (Owner) owes me almost $1000 (this is for 2-1/2 months work) When I gave my notice, my accounts were locked immediately and I was unable to get my line counts to send invoices. In fact, I couldn't even edit my interns documents. When decided not to give a 2 week notice since I was told I would be put on probation if I stayed and I could not afford to work for free any longer, I was told that I forfeited all of my earnings because I signed an IC contract.  Since April, I have made a total of 78.00 working there.

If you are an experienced MT, stay far away and go to a hospital which is where I previously worked. I regret my decision to leave the hospital (due to health issues) because I was always treated fairly and paid well and on time bi-weekly, with benefits.

If you are a recent MT graduate thinking about paying 99.00 to sign up for the intern program, that is a big mistake, there are other intern programs where you can find a job without you paying them (and sometimes even get a salary to boot, even though it is lower than a seasoned MT). My point is, there are many good opportunities out there and this is DEFINITELY not one of them.

I am posting this because I am a genuinely honest (and yes Christian) person and I should have known better, especially when I was not even tested. I don't want others to be cheated by this so called Christian organization.  If you ever get paid, it will take 2 or 3 months for one month pay and if you decide you can't afford to work there and quit, you forfeit all of your earnings and do not get paid period.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Anyone else work or has worked for Integrity Transcription in Venice, Florida?  Do they pay on time?  How are the dictators and the owner?

In reply to your question regarding Integrity.  It has to one of the greatest companies out there.  The owners are wonderful, honest and ahead of the rest.  I have worked for alot of companies and this has got to be the best one out there by far.  Pay is always on time, steady work, loyal and just all around great people.  If you have the chance I would suggest this company above all others before they are full....  Integrity, they stand by their name.  If you have any questions please let me know.  I'd be happy to answer any questions in regards to this company.  I've never been so happy.   Thanks!!

Out of Louisiana .... Looking for any information, pay, type of platform, pay on time, DD, etc.   I have applied, they have sent the tests and I have asked them now 3 times what is the starting pay for someone with over 20 years experience and have not received a response yet.  Just curious ...

Has anything changed in 9 months? Particular worries are the invoice/pay time; one post mentioned 2 to 3 week wait and another post stated 1 week. Info from the company states pay is sent out 10 days after the last day of the billing period, but we all know what is said and what is done isn't always the same. Another concern is the platform; some mentioned it was slow and cumbersome. They have 2 platforms from what I can gather.. Are they both slow? It seemed like certain specialties were done on certain platforms, or at least that is what I got out of the archives. I really hate to jump from the frying pan to the fire so any info would be VERY much appreciated.. the good, bad, and the ugly! TIA!!

Along with the platform, ESL %, pay range, lpd required, split shift or 12-24 hour window available, I would be interested in knowing your personal experience with this company, what type of relationship you have with supervisors and other coworkers, etc.  Otherwise, the all the 411.

love working there and why? Do you easily meet your incentive pay or as past people have said, the ESL are so bad that you never meet the line count. I need current and new information. Isnt there a company out there that has a handful of happy employees or does all of them have both the haters and lovers. It is so hard to sort out fact from fiction sometimes and all of us have different expectations. It kind of goes along with the one man's junk is another man's treasures theory, I suppose.

I asked the same question a couple days ago and got some VERY VERY negative responses.  I actually told the recruiter that they had a negative reputation on these boards and she seemed flabergasted.  I needed an employee position and they hire only IC.  Pay is 9 cents/65 char line with spaces.  They have 2 hospital accounts they are hiring for; one they will send you a computer and you will use their requipment.  The other requires purchase of a C-phone.  They are standard 4 hospital.  You must commit to a minimum line count (1000 lines per day).  No benefits.  Direct deposit twice a month. 

I was not impressed and was glad when i discovered they were only looking for IC.
