I am not trying to sound mean or condescending but hospitals are open 24/7, so MTSOs must be too. I like working weekends. It seems that I get less of the cherry pickers and only a few dictators but lots of work.
If you cannot travel and are in sales, you look for a job with no travel.
If you are a fireman, you work the 3 on/3 off shifts or you find another line of work.
If you want Mon-Fri, clinic seems best! However, there are a lot of companies that advertise the Tues-Sat and Sun-Thurs shifts and not Mon-Fri but they have them, so it is worth asking.
