I had a friend who took a terminology course and figured she knew it all. Surprisingly, she was hired by a local surgeon to work at home. After returning 1 day of work to his office, they told her she wouldn't be needed anymore. She said she had been up all night looking things up and it was just horrible. I wanted to say nanny nanny boo boo but I held my tongue.
