for anyone who works for Gulf Coast? I spoke to the owner today and he seems really nice. He said my testing score was excellent, and that he would have the recruiter give me a call. I am just needing some information. I know it is an IC status position. Does anyone know what the pay is?

  - this may sound dumb but what exactly is an independant contractor? - do they not take out taxes, you just work for your
    - IC often find make more on own rather than as - employee on a salary. nm
    - Just as ;you dont withhold plumber taxes, MTSO - doesnt withhold IC taxes.Payoff is in independence
    - Works same way as a plumber. You are your boss, - not them, Can accept or reject work. nm
  - MTSO can say need coverage for Dr X, do you want - acct? You can say Yes or No. Still IC then. nm
