If you are happy and comfortable at your current position, I would consider staying put. MDI is a great company, for sure, but the work flow is not always steady (at least for some of us), and please take into consideration the post below about LD. The phone companies are getting wise to this, and unless you are put on a wav account, this could be a huge issue.
