I have to say that I have worked for MDI for a little over 3 months now, and so far, they have turned to be the best national company I have ever worked for, even with the new platform. They have always been more than fair to me, and I don't think they consider me a "pet." They don't offer production incentives, but their line rate is one of the highest out there for a national for employee status with benefits. They also have IC status and the line rate for ICs is higher. These people are extremely flexible and will bend over backwards to help you out in any way they can. They do NOT follow the same guidelines as Transcend as far as line count (theirs is better) even though they are owned by Transcend. MDI still has their own management. I know I'll probably get blasted on this board for sticking up for this company, but they really are one of the better ones out there.
