Maybe this will help

I do add headings if needed.  I do not adjust the spacing after colons or periods --just leave the whole report with single spaces just like it comes in.  I don't take out the the it adds before patient.  I turn the speed up, slowing down only if something doesn't seem right to me.  Trying to fix the medications list always slows me way down; so, often I just slow the speed down, transcribe the meds, then speed back up for the rest. Easier for me, less chance of error for the poor patient.   For the record, I hate correcting VR reports and am non-VR job hunting.  This last adjustment was just demoralizing.  My heart goes out to all of my fellow Webmedx MTs -- I know you've been loyal, and you deserve something just a tad more remarkable than this.
