I have to agree with the above (although not a QA person). I am currently looking for work elsewhere and I have been there for a while telling myself it will get better. Management picks and choses emails they will respond to, if they respond at all. I am just fed up I guess. Some of the accounts are pretty horrible and others aren't too bad.
