--- doesn't play on the internet, doesn't yack on the phone, doesn't answer the doorbell, keeps pretty much to herself --- and she made my required quota nearly immediately. She is only interested in her quota and **** anybody or anything that gets in her way. She keeps her house clean but does major cleaning when she is off work. I don't think I could ever replace her, she can produce twice the work that I can and her work is spotless. Few and far between, I'm a lucky businesswoman and she is a good part of the reason why. She will even work on her days off if I get in a pinch. You have to make it work in this business if you are serious about it.
