I just left WMX after 2-1/2 years. The benefits are pretty good. Vision ins. s great - I just paid less than $100 for a new pair of bifocals, including the frame and lenses.

PTO sucks, IMO. I had a good supervisor and I hope you get one of the good ones - that can make all the difference when you work at one of those MTSOs. She answered emails promptly, was accommodating as she could be with flexing, etc.
