I was informed that I had no more PTO to use until next year and once those hours were taken off, I fell short $90 of the required amount to have insurance benefits for FT status. Then, there were no premiums taken out so I assume my insurance is just gone. I could never imagine it being done without notice either but I think it happened to a friend of mine and she did quit. I hate to quit and start over but...120 more days is too long to be without insurance for my family. We have 5 kids and my husband is self-employed so I'm the insurance provider.
