OSi has a mentoring program. This holds them to a certain degree of responsibility within the industry to give a correct idea of what being a medical Transcriptionist is all about. What newbies learn here about what working for a national is like reflects across the board. It should matter to each one of us who desires to see this profession continue and be respected.
